David Michael Johnson, Jr., 28, of Goodluck Dr, died Saturday, April 17, 2010 at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M Friday, April 23, 2010 from the Piedmont Funeral Home Chapel, with Preacher Clyde Akers officiating. The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 9:00 PM Thursday at Piedmont Funeral Home and other times at the home of the father, Manhattan Drive, Lexington.
