Connie Belinda Bowman

Connie Belinda Bowman, passed away at home on September 16, 2026. She was born July 27, 1967 to the late David and Helen Dinkins in Guilford County.

Connie’s life was marked by devotion to both work and family. She served as a lab technician and also gave herself wholeheartedly to the work of homemaking, creating a life centered on care, steadiness, and love. Beyond her daily responsibilities, she found her deepest joy in spending time with her grandchildren, whose presence brightened her days, and in studying her Bible, a practice that reflected the faith and quiet strength that shaped her life.

She will be remembered most tenderly by those who knew her as a loving mother and grandmother. Connie is survived by her son, Richard Jennings, and her daughter, Leslie Giles and her husband Curtis. She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren, Emma Lou, William Curtis, Isac Tyler, and Brooklyn-Mae, each of whom held a special place in her heart. The love she shared with her family will remain a lasting and cherished part of their lives.

Connie was preceded in death by her brother, Tony Dinkins and her sister, Brenda Hunt.
