Chloe Lucille Byerly Foster

Chloe Lucille Richardson Byerly Foster, 86, of Young Drive died Monday, December 14, 2015 at Brookdale of Lexington. A funeral service will be Friday at 2:00 PM at Piedmont Funeral Home Chapel by Preacher Clyde Akers. Interment will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Foster was born December 9, 1929 in Charlotte County, VA to George B. Richardson and Aurthie Adams Noel. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert Grant Byerly, Sr. on February 14, 1994. Surviving are sons Robert Byerly (Rachel) of Lexington, Frankie Byerly (Jeannette) of Mocksville, and Randy Byerly (Nicola) of Hudson Oaks, TX; daughter, Wanda Byerly Shew of Hays; grandchildren Kelly Maroney (fiance’ Kerrie) of Lexington, Michael Shipton (Jeelea) of Cary, Steven Byerly (Susan) of Roxboro, Capria Byerly of Mt. Airy, Crystal Casey of Welcome, Adam Byerly of Texas, and Ryan Byerly (Kristina) of Weatherford, Texas. Also surviving are ten great-granchildren, and seven great-great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC 27292.
