Charles Kent “Charlie” Meadows, Jr., of Oakland California passed away unexpectedly on September 8, 2020. There will be no service. Mr. Meadows is survived by his sister, Michelle Hopkins of Lexington. The family asked that donations be directed to Kids Business c/o YMCA, 113 West Third Ave. Lexington, NC.
