Charles Myron Craver

Charles Myron Craver of Lexington passed away peacefully March 12, 2021 surrounded by his loved ones at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem. A private graveside service will be held at Lexington City Cemetery. Mr. Craver was born in Davidson County August 4th, 1950 to the late Charles Foy Craver and Myra Lee Craver of Lexington. He was a veteran with the United States Navy as a Sonar Technician. Charles was also a Lapidary Collector and a member of the American Legion. He is survived by his two sons, Charles Myron Craver, Jr. of Greenville, NC, and David Franklin Craver (Jessi Craver) of Pittsylvania County, VA.; seven grandchildren, Autumn Craver Gilbert, Cassisy Megan Craver, Cierra Nicole Craver, Sally May Borgess, Wyatt Dean Craver, Forest Henrie Craver, and Walker David Craver; and two great-grandchildren Connor Grant Gilbert, and Myles Dean Sorto. Also surviving is his long-time loved family member Jolene Hill, along with other treasured family and friends. The family would to give a special thank you to Perry and Crystal Burkhart for their dedicated and loyal service in taking care of Charles.
