Charlene Mary Hartley

Mrs. Charlene Mary Baxley Hartley, 65, of Lexington died Thursday, March 18, 2021 at Lexington Health Care. The family will plan a memorial service at a later date. Mrs. Hartley was born in Rowan County September 18, 1955 to the late Carlyle and Grace Swicegood Baxley. She was formerly a CNA-II at the NC Veteran’s Hospital in Winston-Salem and was a member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church. She is survived by her husband Larry Robert Hartley of the home; sons David Hartley (Amber) of Lexington, and Matthew Hartley (Amber) of Mocksville; grandchildren Kenneth (Amanda), Landon, and Grace; and great-grandchildren Evan and Eli.
