Bruce Chaffin

Bruce Mitchell Chaffin,73, of Holly Grove Road passed away Thursday at Thomasville Medical Center. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday January 25, 2023 at Piedmont Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. David Langley officiating. Burial will follow with military honors at Forest Hill Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 11:00-1:00 PM prior to the service. Mr. Chaffin was born in Davidson County on February 11, 1949 to the late Robert Little Chaffin and Martha Esther Byerly Chaffin. He was a retired employee of Stanly Furniture and was a US Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by brothers, John Wesley “J.W” Chaffin, James “Jim” Chaffin and Robert Alexander Chaffin. Surviving is his sister, Mildred Mize of Lexington, brother, Donald Chaffin of Spring Branch, TX. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews and in laws.
