Brandi Lea McCrary Maynard, 23, a resident of National Boulevard, Lexington, died Monday, October 8, 2007 at her residence Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, October 12, 2007 in the Chapel of Piedmont Funeral Home with Pastor James Gray officiating. Interment will follow in Lexington City Cemetery Brandi was born in Davidson County, NC on June 22, 1984 to Bobby Lee McCrary Jr. and Melissa Hailey McCrary. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith. Preceding her in death was her Maternal Grandfather, Roy “Bob” Hailey. She is survived by her husband, Jeremy Maynard of the home; two step-sons, Dakota Maynard of West Virginia and Montana Furr, a step-daughter, Emma Maynard, of Spring Lake, NC; her mother, Melissa Hailey of Lexington; her father, Bobby Lee McCrary Jr. and his wife, Crystal of Lexington; two brothers, David Byerly Jr. of Southmont, and Bobby Lee McCrary III of Tyro, two sisters, Kayla McCrary of Tyro, and Tiffany Jean McCrary of Lexington. Also surviving are her mother in-law, Tammy Maynard of West Virginia, her maternal grandmother, Barbara “Bobbie” Hailey of Lexington, her paternal grandparents, Tim and Barbara Crawford of Lexington and Bobby McCrary, Sr. and his wife Cathy of Coolemee. Also surviving is a special cousin, Cheyenne Hailey, and two special friends, Megan Skipper, and Melissa Quick. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 until 8 PM at Piedmont Funeral Home and other times will be at the Home of her Maternal Grandmother, Barbara “Bobbie” Hailey, 711 Westside Drive Extension, Lexington.
