Bo Owens

David Bryce Owens (Bo), 52, of Lexington, passed away peacefully on November 29, 2024, at Baptist Hospital in Winston-Salem, NC. Bo was born on August 9, 1972, to his loving parents, Rodney Bryce Owens and his wife, Jeroldine Owens. Bo is survived by his wife, Angela D. Owens; daughters, Reagan Bryce Owens and Hunter Cadence Gurley; his sister, Brandy Michelle Owens; and a large circle of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends whom Bo considered family. Bo was preceded in death by his beloved niece, Racheal A. Shoaf, in October 2023. A celebration of Bo's life will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 5, at Cotton Grove Methodist Church, located at 175 Jersey Church Road, Lexington, NC. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to "Racheal Reads," a literacy initiative honoring Bo's late niece, Racheal A.
