Blanche Elizabeth Craver Smith, 85, of Shoaf Street, died Sunday at Wake Forest Baptist Health Lexington Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Thursday at Piedmont Funeral Home Chapel, with Preacher Clyde Akers officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill memorial Park. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Piedmont Funeral Home. Mrs. Smith was born in Davidson County on April 24, 1927, to the late Allen L. Craver and Lizzie Hedrick Craver.She was a retired employee of PPG Industries. She was preceded in death by her first husband Robert Eller, her second husband, Raymond Koonts and third husband Grady L. Smith. Also preceding her in death was her son, Robert Tate Eller,Jr., brothers, Herman Craver, Ray Craver and Stokes Craver, sisters, Maxine Benfield and Modena Coppley. Surviving are, daughters, Libby Ann Bowers and husband Allen, Kathy Diane Miller and husband Freddie and Frankie Phelps and husband Jerry all of Lexington; brother, Ralph Craver and wife Mildred of Midway; grandchildren, Andy Eller, Teddy Eller and wife Susie, Mark Bowers and wife Teresa, Tracy Bowers, Kimbley Bowers, Ben Miller and wife Shan, Kelly Parker and husband Greg, Adam Miller and wife Brooke and Jennifer Everhart, great grandchildren, Taylor Bowers, Chasten Bowers, Caleb Parker, Carthy Miller, Corben Miller, T.J. Eller, Elizabeth Eller, Jenny Eller , Brandy Eller, Cameron and Bo.
