Audria Biesecker, 93, passed away October 3, in Mount Vernon, Washington, after a brief illness. A graveside service will be held at 2 P.M., October 26, in the Lexington City Cemetery where she will be laid to rest beside her loving husband, with Dr. Charles R. Yarborough, Jr., officiating. She was the beloved wife of the late James "Jim" Biesecker, whom she married in 1937. She was preceeded in death by her parents, L.A.Hardister and Sallie Allen Hardister and a brother, Ed Hardister. Audria was an avid reader who loved God, her family, and learning. Her musical, creative, and artistic abilities--singing, sewing, quilt making, and ceramics--provided opportunities to show that love with her many gifts. For much of her life, she was an active member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church and the Stanwood Senior Center. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Kelly (Dr. Richard) of Augusta, Georgia and son, Dr. James Biesecker (Kate) of Stanwood, Washington, 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
