Adrienne Bishop Jarrell

Adrienne Bishop Jarrell, 62, of Rowan County, passed away Monday morning, January 12, 2026, at Bethamy Retirement Center.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 3:00 PM, at Arbor Acres Retirement Community, 1240 Arbor Dr. Winston-Salem, NC 27104.

A memorial graveside service will take place on Friday, January 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM, at Guilford Memorial Park, 6000 Westgate City Bvd. Greensboro, NC 27407.

Adrienne was born on July 8, 1963, in Guilford County, to the late David Wayne Bishop and Leanne Barker Bishop. She worked for many years as a recreational therapist at a long term care facility, making the world a better place, one person at a time.

She is remembered for her vibrant spirit which shone the brightest as she danced to music she loved. Anytime a good song came on, she was there to enjoy it to its fullest.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, David Jarrell.

Left to cherish her memory is her cousin, Keith Bishop, and her Bethamy family.
